Willdan serves clients located predominantly in New York, California, and other western states. Willdan focuses on small to midsized clients that may fall below the radar of larger competitors. Its engineering services segment -- which performs building and safety design, road work, flood control, and wastewater projects -- accounts for about 80% of revenues.
