United Community Bancorp is the holding company of United Community Bank, a regional bank serving residents and businesses of southeastern Indiana. Through about a dozen branches in Dearborn County, the bank offers savings and checking accounts, IRAs, and CDs, as well as loans such as single-family mortgages (the largest segment of its loan portfolio) and commercial and multifamily mortgages. To a lesser extent, it originates construction loans, business loans, and consumer loans.
