It also has utility operations: Its UGI Utilities subsidiary distributes electricity to 62,000 customers and gas to about 626,000 customers in Pennsylvania. The company's other operations include energy marketing in the mid-Atlantic region, propane distribution in Asia and Europe, and electricity generation and energy services.
