Trecora Resources (formerly Arabian American Development) is an independent refiner in Texas. Through US subsidiary Texas Oil and Chemical Co. II, which owns South Hampton Resources, it operates a specialty petrochemical product refinery that primarily produces high-purity solvents used in the plastics and foam industries. South Hampton subsidiary Gulf State Pipe Line owns and operates seven pipelines. It owns a minority stake in the Al Masane mineral ore project in Saudi Arabia and 55% of inactive Nevada-based mining company Pioche-Ely Valley Mines.
