Formerly called Bicycle Holding, USPC is the world's largest playing card manufacturer and distributor. The company's brands of playing cards include the iconic Bicycle name, as well as the Aviator, Bee, Hoyle, and KEM brands. USPC holds some chips in Europe's playing card market as well, with subsidiary Naipes Heraclio Fournier. USPC markets poker chips and sets, puzzles, tins, and card accessories, to boot. Its customers include casinos, as well as retailers and wholesalers. Founded in 1867, the company was acquired by parent Jarden Corporation in 2004 for about $238 million.
