Its homes portfolio ranges from its former Zaring Premier Homes luxury division to the company's more financially accessible and modest Marquis Homes division. Drees is active in Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington, DC. The family-owned firm was founded in 1928.
