Tata America International is the North American holding company for Indian conglomerate Tata Group. In the US the company has about a dozen subsidiaries, including offices for Tata Communications, IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services (with more than 20 locations), and engineering consultancy Tata Technologies. In the industrial sector, Tata America owns steel manufacturing plants in Ohio and Pennsylvania and General Chemical Industrial Products, a soda ash plant in Wyoming. Other holdings include hotels (The Pierre in New York, the Taj Boston and the Taj Campton Place in San Francisco) and sales offices for its beverage brands, Eight O'Clock Coffee, Good Earth, and Tetley.
