Sonoma Pharmaceuticals (formerly Oculus) uses super-agents in its fight against the evil super-bug MRSA. The company works with proprietary platform technology Microcyn, a super-oxidized water-based solution designed to safely (i.e., without any known side effects) eliminate a wide range of annoying pathogens (including MRSA) attempting to infect patients with open wounds. Aside from use in wound care, the solution has potential applications for use in disinfectants and sterilization, as well as respiratory, dermatology, veterinary, and dental markets. Oculus' products are primarily sold through partnerships with distributors.
