Midstream energy player SemGroup moves oil and gas from the wellhead to the marketplace. It owns Rose Rock Midstream, which has a 7.6 million-barrel storage terminal in Cushing, Oklahoma, and operates 570 miles of crude oil pipeline in Oklahoma and Kansas. Rose Rock Midstream owns 51% of the 530-mile White Cliffs Pipeline, which links Midcontinent oil producers to the Cushing terminal. SemGas operates 1,590 miles of natural gas and NGL transportation, gathering and distribution pipelines. SemMexico makes asphalt products. The company also operates SemCAMS, (Canadian natural gas), and SemLogistics (UK oil terminal). In 2016 the company acquired the 45% of Rose Rock that it did not already own.
