Its PointSure Insurance Services subsidiary provides related specialty wholesale insurance brokerage services, and its Paladin Managed Care Services (PMCS) business provides medical bill review, case management, and other cost containment services related to workers' compensation coverage. SeaBright sells through independent brokers, licensed program managers, and PointSure. SeaBright, which was acquired by Enstar Group is 2013, is not writing any new policies.
