Its flagship stations Sat.1 and ProSieben operate in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden its operations include Kanal 5, TV Norge, and The Voice. The company also operates such pay-TV channels as ProSiebenSat.1 WetterTV, as well as more than 20 European radio networks. ProSiebenSat.1 Media is controlled by private equity firms Permira and Kolberg Kravis Roberts.
