PreMD aims to detect illness at its earliest stages. The diagnostic development company currently offers, or is developing, non-invasive tests designed to detect and monitor a range of diseases, including colorectal cancer, coronary artery disease, breast cancer, and lung cancer. PreMD aims to develop tests administrable from the doctor's office, or pharmacy, or even from a patient's home. Due to financing challenges, the company has put all of its clinical programs on hold and cut its staff to a minimum.
