Its loan portfolio primarily consists of fixed-rate residential mortgages, followed by nonresidential real estate loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, auto and personal loans, and commercial business loans. Home Federal traces its history back to 1889, when it was founded as Home and Saving Fund Association.
