The US arm of Dutch company Royal Philips Electronics, it oversees Philips operations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Its divisions include Philips Healthcare (imaging, patient information systems, home healthcare products, clinical management and equipment financing), Consumer Lifestyle (consumer electronics, home appliances, personal care), and Lighting (home, industrial, and municipal light bulbs, fixtures, and systems). Philips Electronics North America's Corporate Technologies group conducts R&D and partners with outside groups to feed the development pipeline for the other units.
