Community banking is a walk in the park for Parke Bancorp, holding company for Parke Bank, which has three branches in the New Jersey communities of Sewell and Northfield, as well as two loan production offices in the Philadelphia area. The bank provides such traditional products as checking and savings accounts, money market and individual retirement accounts, and certificates of deposit. Parke Bank has a strong focus on business lending -- including operating loans, commercial mortgages, and construction loans -- which accounts for about 90% of the company's loan portfolio. The bank also writes residential real estate and consumer loans.
