Its Local NSight subsidiary provides business phone and data services as a competitive local-exchange carrier (CLEC) in Green Bay and Appleton. Other subsidiaries offer long-distance service, cable television (NET Cable), cellular phone service (Cellcom), dial-up and high-speed Internet access (NetNet), and wireless network tower construction and antenna installation (St. Paul Tower).
