North Shore Bank serves local consumers and business customers from about 50 branches across eastern Wisconsin. Its products include checking and savings accounts, CDs, and investments. Residential mortgages comprise more than half of the bank's loan portfolio. The bank also offers consumer, commercial, construction, and land development loans. Targeting the growing Hispanic community in the area, North Shore Bank has a branch inside a Mexican grocery store in Milwaukee. The bank also has a loan production office in Tampa and two branches in northern Illinois. North Shore Bank added eight branches to its network when it acquired the deposits and some assets of the failed Maritime Savings Bank in 2010.
