Manitowoc Foodservice never finds the kitchen too hot to handle. The company is one of the world's largest makers of foodservice kitchen and restaurant equipment. Its cook, chill, and prep/hold offerings are sold via such brands and subsidiaries as Garland, Frymaster, Cleveland Range, Delfield, Kysor/Warren, Lincoln, Convotherm, and Merrychef. This lineup is primarily designed for rapid cooking, or to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold in restaurants, convenience stores, and other quick-service outlets. Manitowoc Foodservice was spun off from The Manitowoc Company in early 2016.
