KMG's largest customer is silicon chip kingpin Intel, which regularly accounts for about 10% of total sales. Its wood preservatives are pentachlorophenol (penta), and sodium penta. KMG sells penta in the US, primarily to the railroad, construction, and utility industries. Sodium penta is sold in Latin America. In the industrial lubricants area, KMG makes and distributes industrial sealants, lubricants, and related equipment.
