Kennedy-Wilson doesn't run for office, it invests in them. The international real estate company invests in and leases mostly commercial properties, and some multi-family properties while also offering a slew of real estate services in the US, UK, Ireland, Spain, and Japan. In addition to office space, the company's KW Investments unit acquires and manages portfolios of multifamily, loans, retail space, hotels, condos, and land. Its KW Services division provides property and asset management, auction and residential sales, and brokerage services. Kennedy-Wilson, which has nearly $20 billion in assets under management, manages more than 40 million sq. ft. of property.
