The company's Constantin Film unit markets movie licensing rights for such import box office hits as Lost in Translation and domestic films as Bibi Blocksberg to theaters and TV stations. Its home entertainment division sells videos and DVDs wholesale to third-party retail outlets. Highlight's sports division administers sports marketing and handles the TV, sponsorship, and merchandising rights for the UEFA Champions League (European football) through its 80% stake in Team Holding. German pay-TV operator Constantin Medien (formerly EM.Sport Media) owns 47% of the company.
