Its offerings (Good for Enterprise, Good Connect, Good Share) include secure e-mail, collaboration, and application management tools for use with a Apple's iOS, Google's Android, and Microsoft's Windows devices. The company filed for an IPO in 2014, but postponed it because of market conditions. In 2015, Blackberry bought Good for $425 million.
