Glacier Bancorp is on a Rocky Mountain High. The multibank holding company owns about a dozen community banks with about 100 locations in Montana, Idaho, Utah, Washington, Colorado, and Wyoming. Serving individuals, small to midsized businesses, not-for-profits, and public entities, the banks offer traditional deposit products and credit cards, in addition to retail brokerage and investment services through agreements with third-party providers. Its lending activities consist of commercial real estate loans (almost half of the company's loan portfolio), as well as residential mortgages, business loans, and consumer loans.
