Made for Apple's iPhone and iPad, Google's Android platform, and RIM's BlackBerry, it features include high definition video and audio conferencing, voicemail-to-text, and Internet fax and answering machine. Its Fuze Messenger is an enterprise-grade instant messaging (IM) application that consolidates various IM services. Customers include Amazon.com, CBS, eBay, Thomson Reuters, and Verizon Wireless.
