The real estate investment trust (REIT) owns more than 35 properties located mainly in suburban areas and manages nearly 10 others. Its top markets include Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, and Minneapolis. The company's FSP Investment unit is an investment bank and brokerage that organizes REITs that invest in single properties and raises equity for them through private placements. Another subsidiary, FSP Property Management, manages properties for Franklin Street, as well as for some of the REITs sponsored by FSP Investments.
