Fort Dearborn's forté is in packaging labels. Named for the outpost that predated Chicago, Fort Dearborn is one of the country's largest producers of labels for consumer goods packaging. It offers cut-and-stack, pressure-sensitive, roll-fed, and shrink-sleeve labels, as well as printing and fulfillment services through about a dozen facilities in the US and Canada. The company serves markets such as food and beverage and household and personal care products.  Clients include owners of major consumer brands, such as ConAgra (Hunt's and Peter Pan), Unilever (Dove and Hellmann's), Kraft Foods, and Campbell Soup.
