Together, they have about 50 locations. The company maintains a decentralized management structure, with each of the ten subsidiary banks having their own local leadership and decision-making authority. Its First Financial Trust & Asset Management subsidiary administers retirement and employee benefit plans in addition to providing trust services. The company also owns an insurance agency.
