FB Financial Corporation is the holding company for FirstBank, a Tennessee-based bank which operates some 50 branches in its home state and northern Alabama and Georgia. With $2.9 billion in assets, the community bank is Tennessee's third-largest in terms of assets. Chartered in 1906, FirstBank provides services including personal and commercial banking, commercial lending, and treasury management. Its loan portfolio includes commercial equipment loans, real estate construction loans, home equity lines of credit, and consumer installment loans. FirstBank targets small to midsized commercial customers. It also operates a handful of mortgage offices across the Southeast US.
