Fadesa Inmobiliaria wants all of its customers to come on home, whether that's to a first or a second home. Operating some 20 branch offices and more than 50 sales outlets primarily in Spain, Fadesa develops and sells mostly primary residences and leisure properties in tourist areas. Fadesa has also expanded into developing projects in France, Hungary, Morocco, Poland, and Portugal, and has sales offices in Frankfurt and London to market second homes. Fadesa also develops hotels and outsources their operations to such hospitality chains as Barceló and HUSA. Other Fadesa projects include golf courses, retail centers, and industrial facilities. The company is being acquired by rival developer Martinsa.
