The company owns 16 vessels, including a fleet of two handysize drybulk carriers with a total deadweight tonnage of more than 84,000; five handysize containerships with an average age of 17 years and more than 140,000 deadweight tons; three Panamax drybulk carriers, with more than 210,000 deadweight tons; and three intermediate container carriers, with more than 95,000 deadweight tons. The vessels are managed by Eurobulk, a Euroseas affiliate. Founded in May 2005, Euroseas is primarily owned by the Pittas family, including chairman and CEO Aristides J. Pittas and vice chairman Aristides P. Pittas.
