Across the Gulf of Mexico region in Louisiana and in East and North Texas, EnLink Midstream Partners (formerly Crosstex Energy, LP ) is hard at work pushing natural gas. The company gathers, transports, processes and fractionates natural gas and natural gas liquids through its infrastructure of about 3,500 miles of natural pipeline, 12 processing plants, and six fractionators. EnLink Midstream Partners provides services for 3.3 billion cu. ft. of natural gas per day (6% of US daily production). In 2014 Crosstex Energy combined its assets with Devon Energy’s US midstream assets and became EnLink Midstream Partners.
