Enable Midstream Partners is a limited partnership owned by OGE Energy, CenterPoint Energy, and ArcLight, and is one of the largest midstream partnerships in the US. It's energy infrastructure assets include 12,300 miles of gathering pipelines; 13 major processing plants (2.3 billion cu. ft. per day of processing capacity); 7,900 miles of interstate pipelines; 2,300 miles of intrastate pipelines; and eight storage facilities (87.5 billion cu. ft. of storage capacity). It raised $500 million in a 2014 IPO to help it develop new energy infrastructure assets and add complementary services and business lines. Following the offering, CenterPoint Energy held a 55 stake; OGE Energy, 26%; and ArcLight, 11%.
