Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc.
Elvis may have permanently left the building, but his legacy is still taking care of business. Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) manages the late singer's estate and licenses his name, likeness, and songs for a variety of commercial purposes including clothes and accessories. Revenue mostly comes from operating Presley's Graceland mansion in Memphis, including tours of it and an associated museum, visitor's center, the Heartbreak Hotel. EPE was created in 1981 (four years after Presley's death) and was owned by The Elvis Presley Trust. EPE and The Elvis Presley Trust were wholly owned by Elvis' daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, until 2005. In 2015 the company was controlled by Authentic Brands.
