Diversicare operates skilled nursing care facilities in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas. We provide quality care for patients requiring a high level of skilled nursing care and rehabilitation therapy. Our objective is to become the provider of choice of health care and related services to the elderly in the communities in which we operate.

 Diversicare became a public company in May of 1994; however, the Company’s nursing home operational history began in the early 1980s.
