Targeted to city, state, and commercial law enforcement agencies, the company designs and manufactures specialized digital video cameras, including a rear-view mirror with a built-in digital video camera (used to capture video from inside police vehicles), as well as a portable digital video flashlight, which can be used to record routine traffic stops, sobriety tests, and other law enforcement/civilian interactions. The company also offers a version of their video camera that can be worn on law enforcement officers' uniforms. Digital Ally was formed in 2004.
