The company makes metal framing products and systems from multiple US facilities. Its steel products are used in all phases of building construction, from exterior framing to interior, floor, and truss framing. The company also produces connectors, clips, and framing hardware, as well as finishing products -- beads and trims. In 2011 certain of Dietrich's assets were combined with ClarkWestern Building Systems to form ClarkDietrich Building Systems, a JV. Marubeni-Itochu Steel America (MISA) owns 75% of the JV and Worthington Industries, a 25% share.
