An international children's TV production and distribution company, DHX Media operates through production company Halifax Film, Decode Entertainment (children's production and distribution), and Studio B Productions (animation). It also owns W!LDBRAIN, the producer of the hit TV series YO GABBA GABBA!, and in 2012 it acquired Cookie Jar Group. DHX Media has about 15 TV series in production and targets markets in the US and Europe for distribution. Its productions have been broadcast on PBS, The Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and other channels.
