Oil is on the move at Delek Logistics Partners. An oil transportation and storage company, Delek Logistics owns and operates crude oil pipelines, storage and distribution facilities, and other assets in West Texas and the southeastern US. Core assets include 400 miles of crude oil transportation pipelines and a 600-mile crude oil gathering system. The company also offers wholesale marketing of refined petroleum products. The majority of Delek Logistics' operations serve oil company Delek US Holdings and the holding company's Texas and Arkansas-based refineries. The company was formed in 2012 when Delek US Holdings spun off its pipeline assets; Delek Logistics Partners subsequently went public.
