The company serves users in the US and Canada, and its services are compatible with most US mobile phone operators, including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, and others. Formed in 2007, the company is a 50/50 joint venture between Dada USA, the US division of Italian-based DADA S.p.A., and Sony Music Entertainment.
