Coral Gold Resources explores for mineral resources and has holdings in California and Nevada, focusing on the Robertson, Excluded, Norma Sass and Ruf properties in South Crescent Valley, Nevada. The exploration company seeks prospects through mapping, prospecting, geophysics, and drilling on its properties. Coral Gold's two wholly-owned subsidiaries are Coral Energy Corporation of California and Coral Resources. None of its mining operations are in production. In 2006 U.S. Gold announced plans to acquire Coral Gold as well as four other companies to form one consolidated group, but dropped the idea in 2007.
