Constellation Brands is the world's largest premium wine producer. It offers more than 100 brands, including Robert Mondavi, Clos du Bois, and Meiomi. The company is also the nation's third largest beer distributor and the sole US distributor for Mexican beer giant Grupo Modelo, the brewer of Corona, Modelo Especial, Negra Modelo, and other beers. Constellation Brands also markets premium spirits, including Black Velvet whiskey and SVEDKA vodka. Consellation Brands' wine, beer, and spirits are sold in some 100 countries. Brothers Richard and Robert Sands control the company, which was founded by the late Marvin Sands.
