Consolidated-tomoka Land Co.
From golf courses and retail centers to timber and hay farms, land developer Consolidated-Tomoka owns a chunk of the Southeast. The company focuses on Florida, but also has holdings in other neighboring states. Its portfolio includes retail properties (tenants include Bank of America, CVS, Walgreens, a couple of golf courses (including the national headquarters of the LPGA), and some 10,000 acres of agricultural land that the company is converting into other income properties. Through its subsidiaries, it also holds subsurface oil, gas, and mineral interests on land throughout Florida and properties in North Carolina and Georgia. Consolidated-Tomoka was founded in 1902.
