Community West Bancshares is the holding company for Community West Bank, which serves individuals and small to midsized businesses through five branches along California's Central Coast. Services include checking and savings accounts and CDs, as well as health savings accounts. Approximately 40% of the bank's loan portfolio is secured by manufactured housing loans; real estate mortgages account for more than 30%. A preferred Small Business Administration lender, Community West also writes SBA loans through offices in about a dozen other states.
