Community Trust Bancorp is the holding company for Community Trust Bank, one of the largest banks based in Kentucky. It operates about 75 branches throughout the state, as well as in Tennessee and southern West Virginia. The bank offers standard retail banking services to area businesses and individuals, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and CDs. Loans secured by commercial properties and other real estate account for about two-thirds of the bank's lending portfolio, which also includes business, consumer, and construction loans.
