The online (and catalog) retailer operates four e-commerce sites: the online party store Celebrate Express; Birthday Express, offering more than 150 themed party packages targeting families with young children; 1st Wishes (launched in 2006), specializing in those all-important first birthdays; and Costume Express, an online Halloween superstore. Founded in 1994 as Celebrate Express, Celebrate Interactive Holdings was formed in 2010 to provide one-stop online party planning and shopping. It is a subsidiary of video and e-commerce conglomerate Liberty Interactive Corp.
