Canadian Pacific Railway Limited
With operations stretching from Vancouver to New York, Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) hauls freight over about a 15,000-mile network in Canada and the US. Its system includes about 10,700 miles of company-owned track and another 4,100 miles of track that is jointly owned, leased, or operated under trackage rights. Much of its network is in western Canada. US units include Soo Line Railroad and Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad, which operate in the Midwest; and Delaware and Hudson Railway, which operates in the Northeast. Freight hauled by CP includes intermodal containers, coal, grain, and industrial and consumer products. The company also provides logistics services and land transportation via partners.
