Bresler & Reiner are like the bosom buddies of property development primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. The firm acquires and develops commercial and residential in such markets as Philadelphia, Baltimore, Wilmington, Delaware, and Washington, DC, as well as further south in Houston and Orlando. It owns or holds ownership interests in about 40 commercial office and warehouse buildings, totaling more than 3 million sq. ft. of space, plus five apartment communities, more than 30 condos, and land slated for development. The Bresler and Reiner families collectively own more than 70% of the company.
