One of the US' largest commercial real estate lenders, the firm has a servicing portfolio of more than $50 billion representing 2,800 loans in 49 US states and the District of Columbia. It offers the full complement of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Life Company products as well as commercial mortgage-backed securities, a proprietary bridge program, and Net Lease products. Berkeley Point Capital operates a dozen offices throughout the US. Ranieri Real Estate Partners bought the company in 2011 from Deutsche Bank's Commercial Real Estate Group.
