Bancorp of New Jersey caters to individuals and small businesses on the west side of the Hudson River. It is the holding company for the Bank of New Jersey, a community bank with about a half-dozen branches in Bergen County. The Bank of New Jersey offers personal and business checking and savings accounts, as well as interest-bearing money market accounts, CDs, and IRAs. The bank's loan portfolio primarily consists of residential and commercial mortgages secured by real estate located in Bergen County. The holding company and the Bank of New Jersey were formed in 2006.
