Active in 18 countries, Authentix sell its products to customers in industries such as health care, oil and gas production, and consumer goods manufacturing, as well as financial services providers and government agencies.  Formed in 2003 through the merger of Biocode, Calyx, and Isotag, the company was bought out by The Carlyle Group in 2008.
